First off I want to give a big thank you to Brother Larry Hundley for getting the riding mower repaired and for John Amato for transporting it to and from the repair shop. John gave it a test on the yard after bringing it back, yard looks great.
Now that we are in the rainy season our roof has developed some leaks and we have been having them patched. After investigating, what is happening is the galvanized metal under the roofing is rusting and the roofing material is caving in through the holes. Our lodge building has 3 roofs and the roofer is suggesting that we consider replacing 1 roof at a time as we raise the money to do so. Also we have 9 roof air conditioning units that need to be serviced on a regular basis, so if you know of a licensed A/C person that won’t take us to the cleaners we need to get a bid from them.
If you have e-mail please give us your e-mail address so we can update our records. Also let us know if you want the Trestleboard via e-mail or through the mail.

Hello Brothers! As the summer comes to an end I hope that everyone took advantage of the great weather, in between the rain storms and had fun. For those of you with children I am sure you are happy to see school start again, for those of you that are teachers (Brother Bailey) well what can I say other than SORRY!
This summer and year has been full of a lot work and a lot of task. I must say that I think we have gotten a lot accomplished at Fellowship Lodge. Our Worshipful Master has completed his project and it looks great! We had the Grand Masters visit and that was an enjoyable event. The last meeting of August (August 25th) is our official visit of the DDGM. I hope we can have Brothers come sit in the sidelines to not only hear the speeches of the chairmen which include two of own, but show that Fellowship Lodge cars about the lodge.
I just completed the Wardens workshop for the second time and feel like I have gain a lot of knowledge that will help me with the operations of the lodge. I look forward to trying to teach and implement a lot of these teachings.
I want to once again ask for email addresses from everyone. This is not to send jokes or other stuff but to send you updates and happenings of your lodge, lodges in the area, and for those of you that cannot make it to a meeting at least you are kept somewhat up to date. Your opinion matters. Please email me @ JTORRES@shrinenet.org
