Dear Brothers and sisters:

Well here it is May and at the end of this month we will be attending the Grand Lodge communication, but before that we will have a Mother’s Day Dinner at Fellowship Lodge as a fund raiser for the Master’s Project. We have 3 kings chairs, which are in the East, West, and South. The chair in the North has been ordered and will be in place in about 10 days paid for by Eastern Star, Amaranth, and White Shrine. If you would like to make a donation to the Master’s Project please send it to our Secretary stating it is for Master’s Project. We will be having a vote coming up to see if we will go dark July and August. Vote at a later date.

April Has been an active Month For the Lodge. The Lodge room was painted, and the drapes cleaned thanks to the Worshipful master Who donated the paint and labor. The anticipated move of Palma Ceia Lodge has been delayed because of a need for a variance from the city. A one day class was held at Fellowship Lodge # 265 on Friday & Saturday, The 18th & 19th of April. Congratulations To the degree teams on a great job, and welcome to the new Brothers. The third Saturday breakfast was a huge success Thanks to the brothers attending the one day class, and of course the ladies, brothers of the lodge, We appreciate Your Support. The annual Easter Egg Hunt Was at Al Lopez Park, and the Kids had a Great time. The fifth Tues Family Night was held on the 29th of April. We honored The Widows of Our Brothers. The Was highlighted by an outstanding presentation of the Flower Talk by Ryan Jones State Scribe, Florida Demolay, & David Puzzo Adviser & Master Mason of Hillsborough Lodge.

The Worshipful Masters Fund Raiser for the new Chairs in The Lodge room will be on the 11th of May. A fish Fry with Barbecued beans, hush puppies , Cold slaw, fries, and desert. A good place to celebrate mothers Day with friends

Brethren, if you have not seen these chairs our Master has placed in the lodge as his project for this year. You should come to the lodge and behold the beauty and workmanship they are adorned with. We all need to applaud him for acquiring these chairs at the price he did. For those of you who are unaware how well he did let me take this time to inform you he was able to get these chairs for a third of their retail cost. It behooves us all to contribute to his project for he is a person who has done so much for this lodge and has been patient in aspiring to the position of Master of this lodge.

Congratulations to Sampson Cooper, Paul Cooper, Leo Parsons, Kenneth Murphy, and Davelis Goutoufas becoming Master Masons during our One Day Class last month.
