Last year we spent over $1,5OO to bring the electrical up to code on the roof before we could get the A/C units serviced, after which we spent another $1,5OO + to have the A/C units repaired and serviced.

The new estimates for the roof are over $24,OOO for the same part of the building as last year and the A/C estimates are between $17,OOO and $22,OOO.
